I don't know how things stand these days, but when I served in Rota in
'73-'77 there was a permanent NCIS office there - although I don't know
how many agents were assigned there. The only reason I'm even familiar
with this is because I got caught up in an investigation where I just
happened to be in the vicinity of an incident and they had me make a
statement about what I saw and heard.
