But David does, he's got multiple personality disorder and lots of internet

I wonder why?
He doesn't like scalar weapons technology apparently. It is proliferating
all over the world. The technology can be used for weapons, free energy,
mind control, weather manipulation.
Without total world mind control, everyone will be using the EM Wave
Interferometers on each other.
I don't happen to own one myself, but they're apparently easy to build.
Think about how much fun one could have blasting ELF at their neighbor, or
not.
