In Germany there was a famous case of a Turkish criminal youngster. He
could commit over 60 crimes in Germany before he turned 14 'cause
under-14-yr-olds are not punishable under German law. He had to be
released each time from the police station, encouraging him to continue
with his crimes.
Worse, even after he was deported to Istanbul when he turned 14, he was
allowed back to Germany some years later. I would like to know where he
is right now. His parents (living legally in Germany) denied any fault
of them regarding their child's "development".
Your much-accused Bush is not the worst when it comes to treatment of
criminal non-citizens in rich countries ...
