Just like Mike, Carol, Alice, and the kids took every day. Carras needs to
expel an elongated, fluffy, and heavy BM (bowel movement) to calm him
down. He is very uptight. Let this be a lesson to us all (as was taught
to us during each episode of the Brady Bunch)- everyone (and I mean
everyone) must have many good BMs (bowel movements) every day.
