No their trunks were not too big, but there was a propensity in the Brady
family to unleash BMs (bowel movements) randomly, without warning. Hot
pants would have allowed no room for the BM (bowel movement) to come out, in
the event of a spontaneous eruption, and could have appeared on camera as an
awkward bulge and would have caused other complications if the tight pants
prevented the BMs (bowel movements) from escaping the anus. Looser pants
made it easier to hide prematurely-escaping BMs (bowel movements) from the
camera and had less potential for medical complications.
