Saggie, I don't think that Alice used paper towels to clean up the
Brady BMs (bowel movements). My recollection is that she used her
hands for the solid ones (that's why her fingernails were always
brown/black underneath). For the really messy/loose ones she used the
oven mits from the kitchen. Being a thrifty housekeeper, Alice would
often try to stretch the food budget by filleting the BMs (bowel
movements) to salvage whatever debris should could from them to reserve
to the family (e.g. peanuts, corn, tomato skins, and bits of undigested
meat loaf).
