I like your analysis. Remember the Hawaii episode when Greg throws the pillow
at Peter and it knocks the tiki off the wall and almost hits Peter in the head?
I think that was symbolism for Greg wanting Peter to stop shooting his jizz
all over Greg's hair while Greg is in bed. It's Greg's way of saying "Peter,
I've had enough of your man juice on my head. It's time to stop that." The
tiki is the symbol for Greg's jizz and it's a warning to Peter that Greg will
soon start eajaculating on Peter's head if Peter does not stop his sexual
pranks.
