CHINA TO BE RENAMED WITH NEW CURRENCY BEING ISSUED
Senior Chinese officials are rumoured to have announced that China is
to be renamed, with a new currency being issued.
Thre is wide recognition among Chinese politicians that the past
decade brought much change to The People's Republic of China. Nothing
since 1943 has had such a vast impact on the immense country and upon
its whole population.
To honour that immense change that has occurred it has been decided to
rename The People's Republic of China, The People's Republicans of
China.
Rumour has it that each loyal citizen of The People's Republicans of
China will be given new identity cards bearing a Republican Party
elephant logo, and the new currency will include a
new paper note with the image of George W. Bush printed upon it. Plans
call for George Washington and Harry S. Truman to be added later on
other denominations of the new currency.
