An Ellicott Road resident said he saw two people with backpacks
walking along Armor Road.
After two males ran through a Shady Grove Drive
backyard, the resident tried to catch one of them but only
got one backpack.
A caller told police that a suspicious man, saying he
was from Ukraine and carrying a teal-colored box with
Winnie the Pooh paper around it, was asking people to
purchase items in the box at a Niagara Falls Boulevard
restaurant.
woman reported at 2:58 p.m. that her goats got into her neighbor's
property and the neighbor shot them with a paint ball gun on
the 12800 block of Quarter Horse Drive. She said the goats were
covered in paint, but did not appear injured and was concerned
that the neighbor would continue to shoot the goats with paint.
A lime green, 350 pound statue of Buddha was reported stolen
from a lawn on Como Park Boulevard.
An employee from Russo Development of Hamburg called to report
that someone drained the diesel fuel from an excavator.
A "strange haze" was reportedly coming from a home on Lapp Road.
The fire department was called to investigate.

An employee of a Transit Road rental facility reported
that a trailer valued in excess of $3,000 was missing from
the lot.
Campus Police and Natchitoches Police made a DWI arrest on Demon
Drive. The subject was transported from the Detention Center to
the Natchitoches Parish hospital because he was immobile.
A suspicious white van was in the California Road area. A man
was attempting to sell meat out of it.
An Ellicott Creek Road resident reported a portion of a large
animal heart was left in the front seat of his vehicle.
N. Stringtown, Wright City: Animal complaint, report of goats in
the roadway. Moved animals to pen. Unable to locate owner.
2:10 p.m. Battery; man with Russian accent punched man in face
after being asked if he was Iranian, suspect driving white Lexus;
Campus.
Shady Brook, Marthasville: Suspicious circumstances, report of
shots fired. Spoke with several subjects shooting off shotguns.
Advised to stop.
South Street, Truesdale: Suspicious circumstances, located
subject out after curfew. Advised TPD
A cat was at the back door of an Ivyhurst Road home
making noises. The resident tried to scare the cat away
and threw water on it.
A Nagel Drive resident reported that someone took
all the plums off their trees.
A woman complained of harassment after an unknown motorist
followed her vehicle and told her, "I'm in the Army and this is
a citizen's arrest." The individual followed her home before
leaving at a high rate of speed.
Deputies from the Erie County Sheriff's Department's Clarence
substation assisted a resident in the early morning as they
rounded up two llamas. They were lassoed and led back to their
pens
Callers reported a Great Dane, a German Shepherd and a goat
wandering about on Sheridan Drive near Eastern Hills Mall. The
animals were not found.
A woman claiming to be an upstairs neighbor called the police
and said her neighbor had been assaulted by her son. Upon
arrival to the home, officers observed what appeared to be blood
on the side of the victim's mouth, chin and clothing. The victim
stated her son had hit her during an argument. On closer
examination the officers noticed that the blood was actually
lipstick. Officers spoke with her son and he stated his mother
was always trying to get him in trouble with the police.
A health aide at an Eggertsville address said she believed her
patient had just died but when emergency personnel arrived, the
aide refused to let them in, claiming it was a "mistake.

A German, suspected of spying for a terrorist organization, was
yesterday arrested by police in Embu [Eastern Province]. KENYA.
The officers also confiscated the suspect's passport, his
vehicle and other items retrieved from his house. Heavily armed
detectives, led by the local criminal investigation officer, Mr
B.M. Cheruyoit, raided the suspect's house at Koi Mugo Estate,
in Nairobi and conducted a five-hour search after a tip off from
the public. They confiscated unlicensed communication gadgets,
among them police radios, a laptop computer and an internet
access machine. The detectives are also studying a number of
publications and money transfer documents found in the suspect's
house. Also found in the house were white powder in a bottle,
video cassettes, tablets and a wig police say he was using to
disguise himself.
First he claimed to be a writer and then an NGO worker.
"He is likely to be a spy for some terrorist organization," Mr
Cheruyoit said. The man was suspected to possess four other
passports and was placed in police custody pending further
investigations.

09/06, Phelan Campus, 1300 hours-Officers were sent to Phelan
Avenue regarding a fight near the Science Building stairs.
Officers met with a victim who is also a student at CCSF. The
victim said he was walking across Phelan Avenue in the crosswalk
when a gold Nissan Maxima almost hit him. The victim began to
argue with the occupants of the car when all three occupants
exited the vehicle and began to attack the victim. The suspects
got back into their car and drove away. Witness provided
police with a very good description of the suspect car

09/10, Phelan Campus, 0915 hours-An officer was dispatched to
Batmale Hall concerning threats to a faculty member. The
faculty member said she was receiving threatening emails. She
also produced copies of all the emails to assist in an
investigation-Officer Ngoi reporting.
09/12, Phelan Campus, 1148 hours-An officer was dispatched to
Conlan Hall regarding a bomb threat. The reportee told the
officer that a male called and said there is a bomb at City
College.

10/25, Phelan Campus, 2022 hours-An officer responded to the
Science building on a report of a possible arson. The officer
determined that the fire was arson and the investigation was
turned over to SFFD's Arson Investigation Unit-Officer
Zuniga reporting
10/24, Phelan Campus, 2137 hours-An officer was dispatched to
the Creative Arts building regarding a dispute between two
students. The two students did have a slight verbal altercation
but one student had already left the scene and the other did not
want to pursue the matter-Officer Zuniga reporting
10/22, Phelan Campus, 1330 hours-Officers were dispatched to the
Science building regarding a suspicious substance. A person
received a letter containing a white powder. The San Francisco
Fire Department arrived and took the envelope and substance to
be analyzed. Fire personnel declared the scene safe. The white
powder was later found not to contain anthrax or any other toxic
substance-Officer Murillo reporting.
10/22, Mission Campus, 0936 hours-An officer responded to a
computer lab regarding a fight between two students. One
student was battered and threatened by another student over the
use of a computer. The student that committed the battery left
before police arrived-Officer Lopez reporting.
10/18, Alemany Campus, 1320 hours-An officer responded to a
verbal dispute in the lobby. A teacher and a non-student were
arguing. The teacher was confronted by a man related to a
student in one of his classes. The man wanted the teacher to
change his teaching style. The man was also wearing heavy
rubber gloves and was afraid the teacher or others might give
him germs.
10/16, Phelan Campus, 2020 hours-An officer responded to the
Science building regarding a possible arson. The officer
determined
that the fire was arson and the San Francisco Fire Department
was called. The investigation was turned over to SFFD?s Arson
Investigation Unit-Officer Zuiga reporting.
10/15, Phelan Campus, 1528 hours-Officers responded to the
Creative Arts building second floor women's bathroom on a report
of an indecent exposure. As officers were searching the area
for the suspect, a second call came in reporting a man exposing
himself in the women?s bathroom on the first floor of Creative
arts.
10/12, Phelan Campus, 1022 hours-Officers responded to the Art
Extension building regarding a disturbance in a classroom
