HATE crime, TERRORISM, CONSPIRACY made legal and welcomed in Contra
Costa County. Includes help of law enforcement AGAINST JEWISH,
DISABLED, MEDICALLY incurable people.
This situation has been going on long before I have had enough and
found myself unable to handle this on my own without outside
intervention I went to CONCORD police for help. This was without
knowing other law enforcement forces at work.
After hearing in early 2003 on my scanner that an officer who had the
radio call sign designated as Sam2, told another officer that had the
radio call sign as Z20 made a comment of the effect to that officer of
"Karp is a cop hater from long ago." The officer at the time that had
the Z20 designation replied to the effect of
"Oh, that is good to know. All units don't help Karp, but give all
available assistance and any help to the neighbors involved in this.
I was shocked and dismayed to find out that I was a cop hater. I have
never been a cop hater before in my life and not one now with
exception to those who have conspired in any way, shape and or form
against me.
A few years ago, thanks to law enforcement of which I am told it was
the sheriffs, I have been forced to flee out of TERROR, FEAR FOR MY
LIFE, FEAR FOR MY SAFETY, and FEAR FOR MY HEALTH from my house on bad
feet and using a cane to hobble me was found miles away from home by
kind people suffering from a heart attack. I am still terrorized
other psychological torture still being done to me.
Now here it is in April 2006 and this situation is still continuing to
happen to me. Recently shortly before midnight had a reason to call
CONCORD POLICE for help and when 2 officers showed up 1 of them of
whom I NEVER SEEN BEFORE asked me when the last time I was committed.
I am being terrorized and our property being vandalized with privacy
invaded and this CONCORD officer has the guts to ask a question like
that to me. Then CONCORD POLICE OFFICER REFUSED to go look at
evidence in our yard that was less than hours old. Upon leaving this
same CONCORD POLICE OFFICER was heard to say "ok I got him calmed down
you can probably take him tonight." I am being terrorized and
violated and this CONCORD POLICE OFFICER REFUSES to PROTECT and SERVE
me. This alone proves conspiracy, illegal co operation, and
collusion, accessory to terrorism and hate crimes by law enforcement.
These neighbors have intimidated my folks into letting this happen
to me and they are scared and still trying to stop me from ending
this. The neighbors went around the neighborhood to make problems
also they have found a way to get help and assistance from law
enforcement. Also a way found to forcing my family to let this happen
to me and prevent me from making things known. Thank god for the
internet. My folks who are elderly are PHYSICALLY and EMOTIONALLY
afraid of these troublesome neighbors.
I feel beside my abduction and possible illegally being removed by law
enforcement and locked up somewhere that the ONLY other way this will
end with out help is my ousting from my home of 32 years. CONCORD
POLICE are REFUSING to HELP me in 1 of the CONSPIRACIES against me.
POLICE are INTENTIOINALLY DENYING me PROTECTION against the neighbors
who started problems in this neighborhood. I have proved hate crimes
in this. I have proved conspiracy. ATTENTION PUBLIC.. PLEASE EMAIL
ALL LAW ENFORCEMENT and remind them they are to serve the public and
demand answers to why they intentionally fail to help me.
This situation of terror against me has been on going for over 6
years. Police are fully aware of this and are co operating by not
protecting me, not doing anything to stop this situation. Police are
sitting on file of complaints, updates and information of my
situation. I am being labeled so they can intentionally help
neighbors and other law enforcement officers in this illegal, abusive,
destructive, abusive conspiracy with all the trimmings. I feel beside

FLOURISH? Why do law enforcement officers support illegal
conspiracies? Why do these sop called officers close their eyes of
HATE CRIMES to protect the obnoxious and abusive behavior of neighbors
committing hate crimes? It is no secret that I have been and still am
the VICTIM of an illegal neighborhood CONSPIRACY along with being the
VICTIM of the vermin who is referred to as these so called LAW
ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS and their illegal CONSPIRACY. These the vermin
who are these so called LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS are still harassing,
annoying and nauseating, are still WASTING TAX DOLLARS that all of you
who have been working really hard for.
These same people are intentionally WASTING PUBLIC FUNDING for their
prospective agencies. I find it truly amazing that CONCORD POLICE
DEPARTMENT, CONTRA Costa SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT and FBI claim non
involvement and no clue to what is happening to me and my family for
the past few years. All I can say to that is if anyone believes that
then I got a bridge under the ocean for sale cheap! However let it be
known that I don't believe all are innocent and I don't believe all
are none involved. If they are innocent then I must ask WHY I STILL
BEING THREATENED with arrest, abduction, harm, death and being
kidnapped and sent to prison and or jail for crimes NOT committed?
Why is it that these people operate in TEAMS and I AM JUST 1 PERSON?
I will tell you why. TO WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY FOR THE TAX
DOLLAR AND PUBLIC FUNDING in law enforcement if true! I believe that
there are 2 agencies minimum at work.
These the vermin who is these so called LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS since
the start of their involvement has REFUSED to IDENTIFY THEMSELVES to
me. These the vermin who is these so called LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS
has REFUSED to SPEAK DIRECTLY to me.
These the vermin who are these so called LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS have
been sleep depriving me especially knowing that I take my pain
medicine before going directly into bed for the night.
These are the same vermin OFFICERS who ARE HELPING in this and helping
getting all the neighbors against my family and myself. These so
called officers are ILLEGALLY taking part in these CONSPIRACIES. They
are LIARS, CHEATS, THEIVES and most of all ATTEMPTED MURDERS. These
vermin have made my medical, health conditions worse. They are trying
to kill me by trying to make me have a FATAL ATTACK. If any of us
disabled people regardless of the type and kind of disability don't
have this written document of medical information on us at all times
then we are fraud, fake, liars and bad people in general. That is
direct from over hearing once of the sewage vermin who are of these so
called LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS. These the vermin who are these so
called LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS were heard by me on my police radio
scanner saying nothing wrong with him at all he is faking he is not
really disabled and we are going to put him in jail as soon as all the
arrangements can be made. These JERKS who are a waste of flesh and
blood still want to ARREST me for being JEWISH, ARREST me for being
DISABLED and ARREST me for having medical and health problems.
These vermin who are these so called LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS sit on
our roof and on our property to illegally keep us under both visual
and electronic surveillance around the clock with no privacy at all
even using the toilet we are being watched and listened to.
ENTRAPEMENT, PERSACUTION, ILLEGAL PROSECUTION! . They are still
outside my home at night by my window trying to get me to have a
psychological breakdown to the point of no return.
I understand that there is now some type of time constraint that my
family supposedly was told not to tell me to see if I get out of the
house within this period without being put away. I can't help but to
wonder how law enforcement can legally do this or found a way to force
my parents to help them do this to me. It is no secret that I WILL BE
PUT TO DEATH AND OR WILL DIE on the street especially in my medical
and physical condition of which is UNCURABLE.

I CONTRIBUTE MY FAIR SHARE MONTHLY AND PROMPTLY INTO THE HOUSE FOR
HOUSE KEEPING ETC. Since payment is received I expect my living space
un-violated. Since I am boxed in air tight with no way out it is fact
that I have no help, no money, no where to go, no much needed
transportation of my own and nothing to do.
In my eyes and in my opinion, LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT is telling the
PRESIDENT of the United States this statement.
"Screw off Mr. President. We will terrorize whomever, wherever,
however we damn will please. We are the police and your message /
orders do NOT apply to us!
I been in contact communication with a PROPER PROFESSIONAL POLICE
OFFICER by whose name I will just say as Lt. L. He seems to have my
interest at heart. This officer is a great person and has been honest
and helpful to me and I am very great full. This PROPER OFFICER is a
great person and one of who I admire and completely respect. I am
aware that he is not approving of my turning to the internet but I
have no choice I will not put him in a position of which can possible
tie hands.
I am now publically requesting, begging, asking
1. for help from the AMERICAN CIVIL LIBERTIES UNION.
2. for help from the JEWISH DEFENSE LEAGUE AND JEWISH SOCIETIES SET UP
TO HELP IN ABOVE SAID MATTERS.
3. for help from all the DISABLE PEOPLE in a position to do so.
4. for help from the American medical association.
5. for help from any person, agency, those able to do so.
