CONTRA Costa COUNTY LAW ENFORCEMENT TERRORIST DIVISION IS TRYING TO
KILL ME BY USING SCARE TATICS, TERRORISM, HATE CRIMES.
This horrid situation has been going on for years and I have been
updating the world via any method that I can. Every night especially
after the midnight hours I am being watched through unknown devices
when I am in bed. I keep hearing these voices of these PERVERTS of
would be law enforcement aka these so called law enforcement officers
as such comments of look how he is in bed and where his hands are.
Look at him underneath his covers among other comments of sexual
nature. I realize it is there wishful thinking, but this CONSPIRACY
has gone on long enough. There has NEVER at any time any effort by
law enforcement made to come directly up to me and talk to me. There
has been every effort made to keep me scared, cause me to have attacks
serious enough to seek medical treatment. I have been followed into
hospitals, medical offices and around. I have also have been watched
while being hospitalized.
These SO CALLED LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS have for the past few years
been doing everything possible to find a way to arrest me and have
made promises in the past once they get me they will harm me, beet me
up, have things happen to me. These so called law enforcement officers
ATTACK mostly at night hours trying to hide identities.
It is NO secret that they are trying to break up my family and NO
SECRET OF TRYING TO KILL ME! Police have instructed me since the
beginnings DO NOT go outside to TALK to these people as they REFUSE TO
IDENTIFY THEMSLEVES.
This action alone can be construed as ATTEMPTED MURDER and at least
ENDANGERMENT OF LIFE, ENDANGERMENT OF HEALTH physical and mental PLUS
emotional health.
At the smallest these ARE HATE CRIMES! And LAW ENFORCEMENT is
responsible and continues to commit HATE CRIMES obviously in hopes of
causing enough stress and terror of which is obviously so well
designed as to get me to COMMIT SUCIDE. This is how they proved me
correct that they lie when THEY SAY"ALL WE WANT TO DO IS TO TALK TO
HIM ALL WE WANT TO DO IS TO HELP HIM. I JUST WANT TO TALK TO HIM."
They are trying to KILL me by using my MEDICAL CONDITION AGAINST ME!
They already admittedly caused major health problems including
multiple heart attacks. Obviously they want me to commit suicide. I
am being stalked, terrorized, by these SO CALLED LAW ENFORCEMENT
OFFICERS. . It is NO secret that they are trying to break up my
family and NO SECRET OF TRYING TO KILL ME! Police have instructed me
since the beginnings DO NOT go outside to TALK to these people as they
REFUSE TO IDENTIFY THEMSLEVES.
I can UNDER OATH STATE that AT ANY TIME NO MEMBER OF LAW ENFORCEMENT
EVER TRIED TO TALK TO ME OR TO HELP ME OTHER THAN WHEN WE WENT TO THE
POLICE AND OR WHEN THE POLICE WERE CALLED BY ME AND OR FAMILY. I am
still having my privacy denied by these people as NO CRIMES committed,
I only leave home with family or a friend. Every night these people
come out to harass and scare me.
Now I hear how I am to be abducted and arrested and removed from my
home of over 32 years. These so called officers have REFUSED to make
direct contact and NO POLICE or law enforcement agency has ever come
to talk to me about any problems they have concerns with. I have been
in contact with CONCORD police just to keep checking of what if
anything is out for me and each time been told free and clear. I can
logically only assume that I am Jewish, disabled and physically
defenseless is why these DISHONERABLE VERMIN who are these so called
LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS are still TRYING TO KILL me.
Why is it that these so called LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS intentionally
and willfully ABUSE their power and authority? It is clearly obvious
that these same people think that they are above the law. These are
the same so called LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS who intentionally VIOLATE
the rights of public citizens. Why is it that these so called LAW
ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS illegally intentionally and willfully IGNORE all
LEGAL warning signs on PRIVATE PROPERTY that indicate NO TRESSPASSING
and PRIVATE PROPERTY KEEP OUT? This is now 3 years that these so
called LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS who have been try to find any way that
they can to ARREST me on any excuse. These are the same so called
peace officers who sleep deprive me especially when they know I have
major medical life threatening problems. These so called law
enforcement officers watch me take my night medication before going to
bed and wait to I am in bed and start in with their terror and hate
crimes including brushing up against the house by my window to keep me
awake.
These are the same so called LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS that REFUSE to
LEAVE ME ALONE and GO AWAY. The vermin who are these so called LAW
ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS who feel, act, behave and conduct themselves that
they are above the law, break the law any time that they wish and how
the wish to do so. It is a clear message to the PRESIDENT OF THE
UNITED STATES of what the law enforcement thinks. I believe that this
statement is a general ACCURATE summation.
"Screw off Mr. President. We ARE the LAW ENFORCEMENT and we
will TERRORIZE, we will commit HATE CRIMES at any time, in any way, in
any manner, using any style and method that we damn will choose.
We will do what we want and when we want to anyone and target who and
what we want. We ARE the LAW ENFORCEMENT and there is NOTHING that
you or anyone can do about it."
The dishonorable vermin who these are so called LAW ENFORCEMENT
OFFICERS please go to the theological place of eternal punishment and
then GO MAKE LOVE TO YOURSELVES! They made it clear and loudly
commented how they hate disabled people who are Jewish! Also made
comments close to anyone have ovens?
To make a quick recap of the start of this last heavy siege that is
still ongoing listed below should be a good review just to point out a
few things.
1… The constant break in and entry's started in big time that included
malicious vandalism by law enforcement agents and officers.
2… I have been the target of these break-ins etc only to have the
things in my room destroyed, tampered with, vandalized, broken etc.
3… Other parts of my home also have been the target of these break-ins
etc only to have the things in my room destroyed, tampered with,
vandalized, broken etc.
4… I have been forced to suffer heart attacks.
5... I have been forced to suffer strokes.
6… I have also had numerous attacks of colitis.
7... I have also had numerous attacks of crimes.
8… In April 2003, I have had attacks bad enough to cause my liver,
kidney, pancreas and a few other internal body parts to change sizes
and shapes in addition to wanting to quit on me.
9... My disability is medical/physical and I am chased from area to
area in my own home to avoid laser targeting from their guns.
ALL OF THIS HAS INCREASED STREES, TENSION LEVELS and etc has
contributed to my poor health getting worse with no cure or end in
sight.
THIS IS BIG PROOF OF ATTEMPTED MURDER BY these DISHONERABLE VERMIN who
are these so called LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS.
And that is NOT even scratching the surface of this hostility that is
aimed at me.
These vermin who are these so called law enforcement officers here in
contra Costa County have been at me for years. They used excuses as
investigation for 1 thing after another.
CONTRA Costa LAW ENFORCEMENT is helping the neighbors across the
street in hate crimes, conspiracy, when I went to the county law
enforcement years ago I was told out of jurisdiction and they would
not get involved. However when my maggot neighbor calls they are
helping them against me. This is favoritism, collusion,
collaboration, abuse of authority abuse of power. LAW ENFORCEMENT
TAKES PART in abuse of elderly, abuse of disable, abuse of medically
infirm.
I am asking people to demand answers from the main county law
enforcement via the head quarters in Sacramento.
I ask people to demand answers from the governor, mayor, civic
leaders and other people and agencies that regulate law enforcement in
this county.
These so called law enforcement officers proved beyond a shadow of a
doubt that they are the WORSE that contra Costa County has to offer.
Now I hear they will rush in soon and take me, try to commit me, have
me made to disappear and other horrid things. I also hear that I am
out of time to talk to them but THEY NEVER DID IDENTIFY THEMSELVES TO
ME and I am tired of going place to place office to office to get
nowhere. If anything happens to me I ask the public to LEGALLY get
weapons and use them to defend themselves against these disgraces of
law enforcement here in this county. This county has NO NEED OF ANY
EXTRA INCOME. CONTRA COSTA COUNTY WASTES THE TAX PAYERS MONEY.
Example I am just 1 person county law enforcement uses teams of people
24/7 year after year on me alone trying to kill me. If my death
occurs I ask people to get weapons and use them agasint those who
started this conspiracy and hate crimes, those who keep it going. I
will offer my address and other names and addresses in email if asked.
4-2 around 11pm we had trouble at the house with those people trying
to make entry, climbing roof and other things. I took all I could and
gave the CONCORD POLICE a call. 2 nice officers came out. I got
lucky as I recognized 1 of them as a good honorable person. The other
gentlemen I never met before however he seemed nice also. To my shock
and amazement and disbelief, One who shall remain nameless at this
time stood in hearing distance of window and said"I got him calmed
down now, you can probably take him tonight" That was a total
unexpected shock. I am very angry and hurt and will never forget it.
These people trying to get me and have been for many years ran out of
things to try to get me on and now desperate to try a stand by of 5150
and god knows what else. 5150 for those of you dear readers to be
short=crazy, danger to self and or others and related things. These
people never have identified themselves or shown themselves to me.
This proves beyond a shadow of a doubt how they are also involved in
illegal and wrongful activities against me and how I been victimized
by law enforcement in this county.
I was listening to them outside talking (what else can I do when sleep
deprived by them) and heard a most disturbing comment and it was
echoed somewhat. "I wonder what he is going to do when he finds out
it is his mother who wants him arrested." I love my mom with all my
heart and soul. And she loves me the same. My parents are elderly, I
live at home (no comments from the peanut gallery please). I am 54 so
I am no young pup and disabled with incurable but manageable medical
conditions. I am sure it was to get me upset and to see if I was
really asleep or not. I am stunned by that comment but they have
video as well as audio illegally placed bugs in my room and I want
them removed but unable to afford 2 thousand+ dollars. I ask for you
help. I am in Concord California.
I been in contact communication with a PROPER PROFESSIONAL POLICE
OFFICER by whose name I will just say as Lt. L. He seems to have my
interest at heart. This officer is a great person and has been honest
and helpful to me and I am very great full.
