Do you have evidence that they have done it?

They've apparently determined that the market price is what it is. No
need for price fixing.

BTW, you should also check your history. There have been times when
companies have conspired to keep prices _low_. When the antitrust
violation was ended, prices rose.

I have never stated that the record labels are above reproach. In fact,
I've stated the opposite.
