Got a CD chock full of .cda music files.  I want to copy it, but can't, as
it fails when I try to overburn it (it's too big for my blank CD).

So, next best way is to put the the original CD music files on hard drive,
and then construct a new playlist and burn a new CD from Nero.

The question is how I can get mp3 files from a CD filled with .cda files???
