Evidently we are still getting it (about $12 per person or something).
 I checked on it a while back and there were a bunch of appeals filed
after the settlement so they have to clear those up before we can get
our refund.  A bunch of red tape as per usual.  So yeah, I guess we're
still going to get it, but don't expect it to show up in your mailbox
tomorrow :)
