All interesting points. I won't make any predictions as to the future of
technology, anyone would be foolhardy to do so. My suggestions are really
only applicable for the next 3-5 years, if that, at which point the whole
thing would need to be re-evaluated again.
I do believe, however, that the dominant media and technology companies of
the next decade probably haven't been founded yet. I just don't see the
current incarnation of conglomerates learning to adapt quick enough to the
speed at which technology changes.
