Dessie,
If you download a "few" songs (who defines a few) you should be ok. What
the RIAA is looking at are the people with hundreds/thousands of songs
on their computers.
Here's something to think about. What if I came to where you work and
simply took what ever you make at work, didn't pay for it and therefore
you did not get paid? It's the same when you download a song from a
band, the band gets no money.
