Coming from the top 40 & rock world for the last 20 years, I'm finding
I'm liking smooth, instrumental music such as Chuck Mangione's "Feels
So Good" more and more.  I'd like more music in this category, but I'm
not even sure what it is.

Don't care too much for the classical music I'm listening to - too much
violin, not enough horn, a bit too slow.  The jazz I've been hearing is
too "old" - maybe it's the lack of guitars or electronic instruments.

Any ideas what category to turn to?  Are there certain jazz artists (or
even classical) that leans a little more towards the faster beat and
more electronic sounds of current-day top 40/rock?

Thanks
