Thanks to all who gave their recommendations. I chased down each
performer (e.g., on amazon.com, et al) to hear his/her style.
My collection consists of MP3s I got from the old Napster years ago
but I cannot identify the performer. Perhaps you can listen to the
clip of #2 I put on the Web and tell me.

The link at the top will automatically download the MP3 file into your
designated MP3 player when you click on it. If you do not have a
designated player, then you will have to save it as a file on your
local disk so you can play it manually.
My guess is that the performer is Horowitz.
