In response to Bob's inquiry about Liszt's Hungarian Rhapsodies: I am
(the complete Liszt piano music series, volumes 12-13) and can't
really imagine why anyone else wouldn't be.
All the 19 Rhapsodies were first written for piano only; but it might
be added that Liszt's Fantasy on Hungarian Folk Melodies, S 123, which
shares much of its material with the 14th Rhapsody and may be easily
confused with that work, was first written for piano and orchestra.
(To complicate the matters further, the very same 14th Rhapsody was
later arranged for orchestra without piano.)
