Radio 2 - Does anybody know who sang this record? (alt.music)

Hello.
Recently I have heard on Radio 2 a song which I believe is called 'Crazy' or
something like that. It is sung by a a woman called Katy but I am unsure of
her surname - it sounded like - Melia or Mowela. I am not sure. Can
anybody help?
