Dr. Plump Lvrs guide to better orgasms
I've been asked this a lot lately, so decided to share some of my techniques
for better, stronger orgasms. The techniques I mention here I have done in
my own life, and even today benefit from the exercises done herein.
Additionally, these techniques are primarily for the guys (sorry ladies),
but I would be interested to hear what results women may have had by trying
it.
First off, I have read that Zinc is essential for testosterone production in
the human male. I take a vitamin supplement daily that contains zinc, so
that I get my full 100% recommended dosage. Be careful to follow the
directions and don't overdose! In most cases, if there is to much of a
vitamin or mineral in your system, it gets flushed out. Essentially, you are
wasting money.
In some cases though, too much of certain vitamins or minerals can be
dangerous, causing damage especially to the liver. I can't recall where Zinc
falls in, but either way follow the directions!
OK, now to the technique. While it may not be medically accurate, I have
found that the testes are much like any muscle. The more you use it, the
better health you are in. So, for a one year timespan I went through a
rigorus training session, ejaculating at least six times a day. Yes, that's
right, SIX times a day. And that was a minimum, on many weekends I did as
many as ten to twelve times a day.
I started slow, with just two a day, and worked up in very short order to my
daily six. With some creative planning, even the busiest should be able to
squeeze in three to four a day, a bare minimum in my book.
I was in college at the time, so it made it a little easier, but you can
still come close. A typical day went something like:
6 am: Wake up, jerk off, go back to sleep.
8 am: Wake up, jerk off, shower and go to classes.
1 pm: Having just eaten, a quick cum is in order, then homework
4 pm: Homework done, another cum is a great reward
in the evening I usually hung out with friends, etc.
10 to 11pm: Get home. Get into bed, and have two good orgasms before nodding
off to sleep. This usually took about one to two hours of masturbating.
The first 3 a day are easy. One when you wake up, one when getting home from
work, and one before sleep. The fourth is not too bad, perhaps two in the
evening. If you are lucky to work close to home, you can come home during
your lunch hour for a quicky.
Beyond that though may require some creativity. Finding a seldom used
bathroom stall may be a good answer. Check the basement level in your office
building, often they have stalls that get low use. In the last office
building I was in, the only thing on that level was the mail room and a
small break room. I could go down to that bathroom and stay for quite awhile
without ever getting interrupted. I would suggest leaving your pants on, but
you could probably slip off your shirt without arousing any suspicion.
On weekends, you can up the ante a bit. Or if not every weekend, then once
or twice a month. Clear at least one of the two days, and spend it in bed
(or on the couch, or whatever) getting off. After you ejaculate, keep on
stroking or rubbing or whatever, so as to stay erect. Even if you get a
little soft, keep playing with yourself. The idea is to cum as much as you
can. As time goes by, you will discover how easy it is to get erect after an
orgasm.
While going through this, take the time to learn your body. Pay close
attention, see how you feel as you build up to orgasm. Being able to learn
these things will make you a better lover, plus allow you to 'edge'
effectively.
About once every 3 months, abstain for a few days, before resuming. This
will give you a break, plus one powerful orgasm the first time you do it
after resuming your training.
I will admit there are some downsides. This technique works best if you live
alone and have a flexible schedule. It can also work if you have an
understanding spouse. It can be very difficult if you don't, but can still
be done.
You also need to be careful not to chafe. You may wish to use a lubricant,
so as not to rub yourself raw.
You may also find your balls getting sore at various points. This will be
especially true if you try to jump from 1 a week to 5 a day. Start slow. Any
discomfort should go away shortly. You may find backing off by one a day for
a bit may help too.
It can also be messy, but that can also be half the fun!
Why go through all this? Well, I found several benefits. First, my quantity
of semen increased. The power of my ejaculation also increased. Even today,
almost 20 years after I first went though this I can still shoot six feet.
Another benefit, one that your partner will enjoy, is quicker recovery
times. You will find that, after an orgasm, you can be erect and ready for
more much sooner.
You will also know your body better. You can help instruct your partner on
what makes you feel good and what doesn't. You will also be able to last
longer, being able to tell just how close you are to orgasming and being
able to back off at the last moment.
I mentioned that it had been quite some time since I went through the above
training. For maintenance, I still orgasm at least once a day, usually while
showering in the morning. Every other year I will pick a month, and increase
my frequency to at least three times a day.
About 6 years ago there was a period of about a year where I was single.
During that time, between masturbation and other sexual activities I
orgasmed at least 3 times a day, many 4 or 5. Today, when I have a rare
weekend or night to myself I will go on a marathon, having as many orgasms
as possible, just to keep in good health not to mention having a good time.
By the way, I have mostly mentioned masturbation as a way to orgasm. In
fact, it does not matter the technique. If you are with a partner and they
want to do it with you six times a day, great! Realistically though,
masturbation will be the most convienient way to achive your orgasms.
I share this technique because it has worked with me. Over the years I have
shared it with other guys, and they have reported positive results from
their efforts. One fellow recently reported that after just 3 months he was
able to last longer, and cut his recovery time down from 30 to 20 minutes. I
hope it can help you too!
Ladies, if you decide to try this, I would be most curious to hear the
results. I admit to hearing mixed results. A small number of the ladies
reported that it decreased their desire for other sexual activity, and had
to really struggle to want to do that many sessions a day. One who used a
vibrator also complained her clitoris was not as sensitive, but when she
switched to fingers the sensitivity returned.
Other ladies (a majority) have reported positive results. They tell of
increased sensitivity in the clitoris (I suspect they just recognize the
sensations they had better, but that's just a guess) and an overall
increased state of arousal thorughout the day. They also have found they
become wetter sooner, and can have more orgasms through intercourse. Their
desire for sex was also higher. It's also much easier for women to
implement, since they don't blast everywhere (well, most of them).
