That comes out with a little '3' before the 'o', and with a pragraph
sign before 'lane'. Evidently characters not in the Latin1 set.
In English I would say 'tautology'. It's a form of repetition,
rephrasing or "saying the same thing in other words". If I meant to do
it I might say:
I'm repeating myself, or in other words rephrasing what I meant to
say.
In particular, it's often used about reasoning ("That's just a
tautology!" implying that the person has reasoned "in circles", not
proving anything because they assumed the thing they were trying to
prove).
It is the opposite of an oxymoron, or "contradiction in terms".
