"Your Majesty" is used for both king and queen ("Your Highness" and
"Your Royal Highness" for princes and princesses) formally. Less
formally "Sire" and "Ma'am" for king and queen. In the past "Your
Grace" has been used for princes and princesses, but now is generally
used for dukes and duchesses.
