Please help me to revise my short writing as following:
I thought that the healthy eating habits are very
important. Today, there are many people have been suffering for kinds of cronic
sickness, such as hypertension, heart attack, stroke, diabetes and ETC.
However, these sicknesses usually have been making by unhealthy eating and less
sport. If we would never pay more attention to it, we could careless about how
many of sodium, crolesterol, sweet or stearol-rich foods we take everyday.
These foods will make more bad influence on our health. So we should cut back on
these foods.
