"Interested in" is normal English. "Interested of" is not. The
choice of the correct preposition in another European language is
always difficult - you just have to learn them.
Google will give us a clue:
"Interested in": 35,900,000 hits
"Interested of" -"of course": 31,900 hits
About 1000:1. Some of these are good uses, such as "... would love
letters from anyone interested, of all ages", so the ratio is higher.
I am, however, astonished by even this number of hits for "Interested
of". I don't think I've ever heard it. I suspect the majority of
them are from non-native English speakers.
