No our point is to have immigrants who speak their mother tongue and English
the predominant language in North America. A test was done on the
Immigration departments own site and using all the same parameters but
answering once with English and once with French, the French language answer
was congratulated as having passed and would be successful at application to
Canada. Is that not unfair?
