No. If a man is shot 10 times witha double-barrelled shotgun, then the
most likely scenario is that each barrell fired 5 times. If both had
fired 10 times, he would've been shot 20 times with a double-barrelled
shotgun.
...Regardless of the fact that each discharge contained what could be
referred to as a dozen or two "bullets". It's conceivible that person-A
pulled the trigger once, firing once, and person-B was "shot 7 times" (7
holes in their body).
