Folks,
While traveling in San Francisco this week, I noticed that their tram system
at the airport states:

"This tram is a no smoking, drinking and eating facility".

My question is ... should this not be:

"This tram is a no smoking, drinking OR eating facility".

Does their initial statement not mean that I am not allowed to smoke, drink
and eat simultaneously but any combination of these is permissible?

Neil
