For Playstation (1) there is Virtual Game Station and Bleem. These are
commercial programs; you can download demos here:
http://www.game-revolution.com/download/emulator/playstation.htm.
For Xbox there currently is no emulator available. This is because the PC
hardware is not yet powerfull enough to do real-time-speed emulation.
