Hamburgers always come under the "sandwich" catagory, wherever you find
them. Thus, they are a form of sandwich. Hamburgers tend to be an American
"art form," so I can claim to be a more credible authority on them than you
:)

Hamburgers are ground beef. Ta da.
Not are hamburgers are a la McDonalds.

What? I like the taste of those things. Tomatoes don't have much taste, and
lettuce has none. Mustard is excellent, and so are pickles. A sandwich isn't
a a sandwich without pickles, mustard, mayo, tomatoes, lettuce, and cheese
:)

Errrr, Smoked Salmon... it just smells bad. It's too fishy, damnit.
I wouldn't want any sandwich without basic sandwich essentials... (the
aforementioned things related to pickles)
