What do you think a hamburger is?
Granted, a bun is not exactly the same as slices of bread, but they aren't
harder (or more expensive) to get...
And about your "dryness" comment(for the roast beef), what do you think
mayonaise and mustard are for? Get some pickles and tomatoes in on the
action and your dryness is completely gone.
Salmon is too.... fishy. I only eat fish that don't taste like fish. (like
tuna :) )
