There may be no GTA IV or Manhunt 2

Jack Thompson, gaming's most infamous activist lawyer, has released a
press statement in which he announces his intention to sue Take-Two
Interactive in an attempt to halt the releases of the upcoming Manhunt 2
and Grand Theft Auto IV titles.
Similar to his last high-profile case, in which Thompson attempted to
stop the sale of Rockstar Games' Canis Canem Edit (a.k.a. Bully), the
outspoken attorney is attacking the games prior to their releases and,
in the case of Grand Theft Auto IV, before any screenshots or videos
have even been released.
Thompson plans to file the lawsuit in the week of 19 March in an attempt
to, "prevent the sale of two hyperviolent videogames set to be released
this year and sold to anyone under 17 years of age." That said, the
funny thing is that both of these games, if rated "M for Mature" by the
Entertainment Software Rating Board (ESRB), should not, by law, be sold
to anyone beneath the age of 17. Yet, sadly that's not the case due to
the fact that it isn't actually illegal for US-based retailers to sell
mature videogames to underage consumers - with the "M for Mature" label
existing as more of a (useless?) guideline.
Thompson has previously faced disciplinary action in court following
five separate acts of professional misconduct (three of which are
related to videogames), but not even the prospect of being disbarred has
stopped his passionate drive to save the world's minors from the horrors
of videogames with mature content. According to Thompson, his refusal to
given in is because he "still has his testicles, both literally and
figuratively."
