My sons have a problem with their X-box. Seeing that they will be getting
a couple of new games for Christmas I would likre to get the problem
fixed. Please help.

When he starts up a game everything looks fine. It appears to load and
get ready to select to play but then a message comes up...

"Please reconnect your controller in port 1 and continue"   or something
to that affect.

We re-connect the controller, AND other controllers but can never get the
thing to start. Keep getting the same message.

   Any ideas?
