Yes Blu-ray does have a much better picture quality but until the price
of Blu-ray discs start dropping I'll stick with regular DVD. Because a
Blu-ray player enhances the picture quality of regular DVDs a little bit
anyway. But when any of Winona's movies come out on Blu-ray I won't
worry about the price. :) ----- And yes you willl get a better quality
picture with a HD TV and if you don't have one you're going to have to
upgrade, next year all television stations are going digital. ------ Yes
