Hey Double V,
Yeah, it's a hormonal thing. I've heard people say that if the boys
who have these puberty breasts do some weight lifting or exercise
more, the pouty breasts will go away. But this is not the case. I've
seen absoultely ripped boys who still have the little boobs. Sometimes
boys get teased about them and it is a cause for anxiety.
I love 'em though...
