Those yacht pictures just presented represent the total number found,
excluding the less "interesting ones", if you know what I mean!
However, without advance advertisement but with the administrative
approval of Naughty-Boy Galleries, Ltd., I would like to present an
important exhibition, in two parts: The Portraits of Boys of the
Indian Ocean. I believe, quite sincerely, that they represent some of
the best candid portraiture yet done on the subject. The artist is to
be found at imgrcr.ru. He now represents the very best in this genre
and the exciting aspect is that he continues his work at the present.
The series, in two parts, represents some 400 of his photos that he
made accessible to the general viewing public at that website. Please
understand that he has hundreds more available ... but now the caveat
... they are contained in password-locked folders at imgscr and, I am
led to believe, can only be obtained if you also have locked folders
of photographs that would be of interest to him. I have decided not
to indulge in picture swapping for several reasons, although I do have
collections he might consider worthy of his attention. Again, there
is no way, short of entering into agreement with Atlante, to know what
kind of images precisely are in his folders, but I do not suspect they
are anything more than the wonderful art that he has graciously shared
in his public folders.
Atlante has developed into a gifted photographer. He is clearly in
love with the boys and has a wonderful combination of the serious, the
whimsical and the sentimental in his photographs.
I believe you will find them on equal par with both Vogelfuetter's
work with Moroccan lads and JaySee's wonderful photography of his own
Sri Lankan paradise.
I will post the first series now. Thank you.
