Please excuse my gross stupidity ... I can only blame a sudden
onslaught of senility! I misinterpreted your request and, on looking
again, it seems you are missing not four, but seven hundred or so
files. These I cannot provide, but should be enclosed in rar. files I
posted subsequent to January 18, 2011!
