Dear Sir,
It could be that your news provider does not allow binary attachements
to groups designated as text. Astraweb and Easynews do. I use both.
All I can tell you is that I constantly check to see if my offerings
come through completely as binaries, and they have.
Going on the first theory, you might try accessing posts at jtp group,
where I am concurrently posting, which is a binary group, to see if
these items you are missing appear. A simple search by your news
reader should easily pull up this group.
