The way VV and Helper have been posting IS what you are asking for.
The rar files are, in themselves, parts of a whole meaning that if you
download, say, today's files then store them with yesterday's,
tomorrow's etc until the posting is complete, all you need to do is
unrar the master file inside using WinRar and and the password and,
low and behold, you have circumvented your ISP's restriction. This,
assuming of course, it is not a matter of bandwidth used, in which
case it would be necessary, in VV's case, to look at the .jpg file
posted at the beginning of each rar set pos to determine if you want
to expend the bandwidth on the complete file or wait for another file
you want more.
In the event you don'thave a copy of WinRar, I will post one as soon
as I finish this reply.
