Hello Victor,
I have absolutely no doubt that what you did was the correct and proper
thing to do. However, the reply you received tells me - and I would
think most others - that you are dealing with very abnormal behaviour.
Long term behaviour patterns of that type are usually there to stay as
much as one finds it both rude and frustrating. With some people the
lift does not go all the way to the top floor.
You are too kind and nice a person to be upset by K - and I value your
contributions greatly .
