The secret in that situation is to deal with your accuser. The
conversation (or argument) is between me and the mother. I would not
even acknowledge the presence of the others in the mob. My primary
concern would be to get the mother to admit that she didn't see me do
anything to her child aside from deal with his scrape. At that point
the argument is over and the conversation can continue with the
examples of how such treatment of others is harmful to the person she
accused and perhaps even her down the road. Are ambulance drivers and
medics going to be screened to ensure that they aren't child
molestors? Why would any rational person ever do anything where the
presumption is that if you're involved with children you're a
pedophile. I am honestly surprised that the Boy Scouts of America are
still in existence.
I'm pissed at what happened to Grant and I'm sorry that any of you are
so fearful that you'd abandon a boy in need.
