Casey wrote something disparaging about blind people, I, in the answer,
added a blind people's group, and it suddenly became my fault that he had
written that.
Casey wrote a bunch of stuff about what his wife did to him, which really
was appalling if it's true. I reacted in anger at this atrocious woman,
calling her what she is, in my opinion. Casey's reaction is that his kids
will now be hurt, like it was me and not him that spilt all these beanies
about this terrible woman and what she had done.
Casey is someone who became very ill, believes that he was then rejected by
his congregation when he became ill, and if that is true then they're a
bunch of bastards (I'll get wrong for this now, like Casey never said about
them and what they did) and then reviewed his theology. According to his own
words, he at first went to a Christian, non-Calvinist theology, but recently
when he took some test, (probably the same test that said my creation
Constance Vigilant was 83% male, he seems to like these percentage thingies)
it said he was 67% Christian. (Presumably in eternity this means he'll have
two weeks in heaven for every one week in hell. Talk about living out of a
suitcase.) Nevertheless, he blames very much the people who were in the
church he left, or rather their theology, which was written by a mentally
ill person (there's no documentation that Calvin, Farel and Knox were in any
way mentally ill, but I'm worried anyway, after all, they say, it takes one
to know one) for making basically good people like what the Bible says we
are (incredulous cough) into bad people, who were so bad to him.
In short, Casey has a personality flaw that shifts away from himself all the
blame for his actions onto others, or onto the theology he doesn't like. And
so he sees himself as righteous, and believes it is possible to be
righteous.
I seriously prefer my theology, which states that what I need is to be
forgiven by God rather than to work out my salvation by a great effort of
becoming righteous by works, because at least this way I have no problem
taking blame and coughing up to blame for the things I do which are wrong,
(like calling you a bitch, and a minx I shouldn't have done that) and not a
theology of perfection that can only be lived up to by shrugging off the
blame for anything one does onto everyone else.
Casey has a pattern of doing this, and if he could be objective he would see
that this shows where his theological argument falls down. Unfortunately he
has a big team of enablers in this group who like him the way he is and will
encourage him not to be objective.
