I am an accountant, but not licensed to practice in your country,
unfortunately.
As far as personal income tax and social insurance advice goes, I only
cover Poland.
I'm in Russia at the moment, but I'm doing a management consultancy
project, not tax advice. Russian tax is, however, not as tough on the
nerves as Polish tax.
In the words of a colleague "there are many more ways for the Russian
to show his loyalty to his government, than mere taxation".
