We don't know, because YOU could not correctly answer the question
about when the Tower of Babel was built. As I wrote, 'way back when:
"The Tower of Babel, actually a ziggurat dedicated to Marduk, was
built no earlier than the Third
Dynasty of Ur (2112-2004 bce), when the first ziggurrat was built. It
is frequently attributed to Nebuchadrezzer I (1126-1105 bce)."
So, which time period are we talking about? What evidence do YOU have
that IE and FU were one language before that date, and different
languages afterwards?
> Why can't we even get at a common vocabulary of even 100 words?
Because the dates you are trying to avoid admitting to are WRONG?
