We would say the all genes had their maximum vigour at the point of
creation. Inbreeding started to become a problem only after the ark, and
maybe only after the diaspora of the Babel civilisation.
This was when the Bible shows the human life span decreasing. Some say that
its the change from lunar months to years, but that doesn't account for the
gradualness of the change.
We have inbreeding now, well enough.
Every new speciation is a weakening of the original stock.
