I am afraid this one is missing from my archive, and most probable has
never been posted.
I will be happy to post the full sets of the series you have asked of
as It would be a nice project, though I may put them into Rar archive
split parts as it is kinder to posting limits unless you or others would
prefer them as separate posts?
