Solomon's Private File #260
These stories about Stephen and Solomon take place starting in
1950's. Stephen wrote about his life in letters to a penpal, and then
in a secure blog, in case he lost his memory again, in the master
computer in his school for gifted students, which he started attending
in 2016 in a new incarnation, until his death. Now his son Solomon is
attending the same school, and is writing in his own secure blog for
his future incarnations.
All characters are fictitious, even if some of them might have names
that belong to some actual people, or act like people we know.
Solomon is 27 in this story, in the Fall of 2053.

I asked to meet with the Imam of Medina. After hugs and greetings, we
sat, and I said, "Your sect, and that of the King's family, are almost
the same. But for one thing. Some of your people are plotting to kill
the king and remove his family from power." He said, "I had heard some
more complaints than usual, but nothing like that." I said, "They were
careful to keep that knowledge from you, fearing you would tell me.
They didn't know you wouldn't." He looked conflicted. I grinned, and he
had to chuckle.
He said, "They are too stupid to realize that you would not let any
ruler of a country to be killed. And in stopping it, you would know all
about it, and so would the world." I said, "I've done that even for
criminally bad leaders, which the King is not. Some, I've even felt
sorry for the bullets I had to stop." Chuckles. I said, "Most often,
even a bad leader is better than the killing of one, for the country
and the world." He said, "I understand. Most won't." I said, "Won't
want to. They don't want to be wise." He said, "The truest words you
ever caused to be spoken." I said, "I have to agree with the world on
that."
I said, "What those people want to happen after the death of the
king, won't. It can't. If it did, this country would have no support,
and be isolated. Did you know it can't actually feed itself? Not enough
food is grown here, or can be, to feed the current population. With no
income from oil, what is left but from the pilgrims? But would they
come into a country of violent unrest? And would what they would come
to, be still standing? It was almost destroyed before in an internal
conflict." He said, "True. All valid points." I said, "And then there
is money. Of the country, almost all of it belongs to the royal family,
and they have wisely secured it against just this kind of thing. I'm
NOT saying that I support that, but just describing reality."
I said, "Another thing, is the army will not follow those who would
do this. Other nations would support that, in fear that the very well
armed military would be used against them. We know the conspirators
would not stop in trying to change just this country, and they would
also encourage others to kill their own rulers." He said, "I see that.
I have not thought this out as well as you have, but I question why you
are telling ME, and not them." I said, "They would not listen to me,
but they will listen to YOU, not in persuading them, but in opening
their eyes to the obvious fact that I would not allow them to do this,
and so they will know why. They will not kill you. All should know
that. Do you accept this mission?" He said, "I do. It's best for my
people that they understand this."
I said with a smile, "My people are understanding this now, too, and
are telling me so, loudly. Well, this is a new tactic in my missions."
He said, "You teach even them, with what you do." I said, "Often,
deliberately, so. There is more, on the nature of sin. All know that
murder is a sin. But to God, even just thinking and planning to do or
cause it to be done, is a sin, and almost equal to the actual murder,
and is punished as so, in life, or in judgement. For God, intent is of
the soul and its quality, from which all sin arrises, and may be still
considered so, even when there is no action to make it real." He said,
"I had not thought of that. But Catholics must say in Confession their
sinful thoughts and desires. Could they be more in truth than we are?"
I said, "Please don't panic. In that, yes, but Confession is extra." He
chuckled. I said, "They believe that Confession absolves them from sin.
It doesn't have any effect on them at all, but psychological; a kind of
limited therapy. True absolution requires positive action, to earn
forgiveness from sin. Man may forgive man for actions against men, but
only God can forgive sins against God. No man has the power to do that
for God." He said, "I understand. I shouldn't, but I take some comfort
in their er, error." I grinned.
He tried not to return that, and said, "Have you told them this?" I
said, "I have, and so has my father, many times. I know they are not
life is change. Trying to hold it back will only succeed in creating
misery and death. It will only slow it down a little, but it won't stop
it. Nothing can but total world destruction, and that won't happen. I
will not allow that." He said, "Are you the Mahdi?" I said, "Oh, not
that again! I thought that's mostly a Shia belief." He said, "In who he
is, yes, and some beliefs do transfer when they become popular. We have
had many people who have claimed to be the Madhi, among us. You have
said that none were reincarnations of the twelfth Imam, or Jesus." I
said, "Correct." He said, "You have never said you were not." I said,
"Also correct." He said, "Many of us believe you would have said you
were not, if you could say that in truth." I said, "I'm aware of that."
He said, "You are very frustrating!" I said with a grin, "I'm aware of
that, too." He sighed. I said, "I do and say only truth, and of that,
what is best for ALL, not for a few people who want to believe
something that could make them violent, and for no true reason. Past
incarnations are just that, PAST, and have no importance at ALL, but to
history. Anything more than that is false and harmful when acted upon.
How could I want to create something like that?"
He said, "I understand your reasons and desires, but I must admit
that my desires are in some conflict with that." I said, "Honesty is
good, even though it need not always be expressed. Er, such as now." He
chuckled. I said, "I will say this. With what the Mahdi is said to do
and cause, who in history has done more of that, successfully? Please
don't speak it, but it is something that some will want to consider. If
titles people want to bestow on you, the only one of true importance is
what God has said, Senior Prophet of all time and spaces. Being second
only to God, places you above all others, including the Mahdi, and all
who would obey God, should obey you, who feel our pain as your own. But
in all that, you are still a man that I like and admire, even through
disagreements." I said, "And like to embarrass." He said with a grin,
"That, too."
I said, "This is an unusual crystal. It has a recording of this
meeting, but they might not want to read it, for fear of being
influenced against their will. So, if you hold it this way, and will
it, it will project the recording of this meeting into the air. If they
fear even images and speech, they need serious psychological help. One
more thing. If it is kept from you, if you wish it with some effort, it
will return to your hand. Better hold it open for that. Do you think
they will know that I will be watching? Would they try to provide me
with some amusement? I like good jokes." He laughed, and said, "I don't
know about that. Would be interesting, I do NOT doubt, if they tried."
We hugged, and I shifted out.
Daren said, "That was different!" George said, "That's why he did
it." I said, "So correctly speaks the newly enlightened." Grins and
love.
The next day, the Imam met with his people. He said, "I have had a
very interesting conversation with Solomon. He asks that you view a
recording of it." One said, "Did he make you use a crystal?" He said,
"He did not." That one said, "I will NOT use any of his crystals!" He
grinned and said, "This has never happened before." One said, "But your
expression is unusual. What is the reason for that?" He said, "The
first he has ever given one of these, this crystal is a projector. It
will show a recording in the air. Consider why he chose to make and
give this to me, and to no other, who did not know of or suspect your
future refusal." They did, and some nodded.
He projected it. After it was over, they had a lot of thinking to do.
One actually said, "There is a lot to think about in that." He said, "I
know. I have yet to stop." One said, "We misjudged you, in thinking you
would tell him. I apologize for that." He said, "Thank you. But still,
and as you see, he would know. I should tell you something he didn't
say to me, but I discovered in researching him. Something he said was
hidden in other things, and so is mostly unnoticed. He said he has the
entire world in his mind. That means he sees EVERYTHING on Earth,
inside and out, including our thoughts and memories, just like God
does, who does that for all time and spaces. He feels all our
happiness, and all our pain. Therefore, to hurt anybody is to hurt him,
just as it is to God. He doesn't need me or anybody to tell him
anything he thinks he should know." They said their wows. One said in
the air, "Solomon, is this true?" I said in the air, "No intelligent
person would dare to lie about me in a meeting they know I would be
watching. They know they would be corrected er, severely. I'm
disappointed you would doubt that." That one said, "I apologize." I
said, "I accept, for both of us." They noticed the meaning of that, and
nodded to my friend, who tried to keep from grinning.
One said, "Solomon, please visit us." I said, "Only if all agree to
that." Most said yes, right away. One hesitated. They looked at him,
and my friend HAD to grin. That one said, "Yes." I shifted in, and sat
with them. I said to my friend, "They noticed your expression. Want to
explain it?" He said, "I knew what you were doing. You're the best
psychologist in history. You don't need to read our minds to see from
what we do, how we think. Your requirement for us was intended to show
you things about us, but more, to cause us to see things about
ourselves." I nodded to him, and said to the group, "Such intelligence
and wisdom should not be wasted. You can learn much from him. And NOT
just how to embarrass me." Nods, and chuckles.
One said to me, "We have no privacy?" I said, "God knows all. What is
the difference if I know it directly, or He tells me, who He
deliberately made able to know it? You know I have honor, and won't
shame you in revealing things that are truly private to you, unjustly.
Just as God doesn't. I work for and obey him. I cannot chose to
disobey. Speaking about that, I'm still waiting for a joke." That
confused them a little, then one said, "What did one camel say to
another who stepped on his toe?" I said, "Nothing. Camels can't talk."
Chuckles, after he said I was correct. I said, "That joke is older than
history. I know, because I said it then. It's a good thing they can't
talk. What they would say, nobody would want to hear. I know from my
experience with them, from before even Abraham lived. Camels are very
disagreeable beasts. They don't obey their masters unless they are
forced to. They resist doing even what they know will benefit them.
They'll bite you the moment you turn your back. They spit on everybody,
and actually enjoy that. And they'll kick you into the next tent when
you are least expecting it." There were some smiles and nods during my
mini rant.
I said, "One really bad thing about all that, is they are obviously
very much like people. They might even want us to know that, as if the
rest isn't enough." More nods of agreement. I said, "Do you think we
should try to be better than they are?" Smiles. One said, "A worthy
goal." Another said, "I didn't expect this." I grinned and said,
"Neither did Hawk, who is still laughing." Chuckles.
I said, "More questions, comments?" One said, "You would stop us?" I
said with a smile, "I meant NEW questions and comments." Chuckles. One
said, "I still disagree with you about some things, but I have to like
you as a man." Some nods of agreement. I said, "Thank you. I am not
your enemy, as God is not. But just as it is with our children, God,
the Father of Humanity, will not allow us, THROUGH ME, to do some
things that He considers to be wrong for humanity. This has been so
since the beginning of the atomic age, when man became able to destroy
itself, when my father was born, and became our first Guardian. He and
I after him, were created specifically for this duty, and much more. I
will not fail in it. Until my father was born as the first modern
Stephen, we of this world were just one kind of a great many, and less
than most in the view of God. But with his birth, that changed. From
this world now comes the most powerful and wise people who have ever
existed, to serve Him and all of creation, and we ARE doing that. With
our help, many people and worlds will rise to greatness, and be close
to God, where they would not have before. WE of Earth are doing that!
But there is much here that we are not proud of. Even ashamed of. So
much so, we don't want the other worlds to know of it and us. Please
work to remove what causes that shame, so all will benefit from what
can happen, and should."
I said, "You know what I'm asking of you. I will not command you. But
I have hope." I stood and said, "I offer each of you my personal love.
I will not be insulted by refusal." My friend said, "Would you be
amused?" I said, "Who let that genius in here!" Laughter. He was the
first in my hug. Then the others came. One, the last, showed some
reluctance. I grinned, and he had to chuckle a little. He came, and I
helped him hide his erection, which he appreciated. From his seated
position, he said, "I have to believe in him. There is more than enough
proof of who he is, and it's all only good." They were surprised,
because he was most against me in the beginning. One said, "Even that
he sees our private thoughts?" I said, "I trust him. From that, I
actually like it. A sharing. I feel a kind of freedom I didn't know was
possible to feel." I said, "They believe you, because it shows in your
face. They suspect I changed you." He said, "You didn't. I did it
myself. I see more now, and that caused it."
I said, "All of you, know this. If you had truly believed in God, you
would have had the same feeling." That completely and utterly astounded
them. I said, "You knew he sees and knows everything, but you couldn't
make that real to you, or you would not have thought and done what you
did. When you can accept Him into your heart, you will feel how my new
friend feels." He nodded, and said, "I think that is true. While you
are not God, you are much as God is to us, which He has said many
times." More nods. They turned to the Imam of Mecca and said to him,
"Do you feel this way?" He said, "To my sorrow, I do not." He said to
the changed man, "You are truly blessed." Who said in surprise, "I
think I am!" I said to the new man, "If you will read the Koran again,
you will see new things in it, you weren't aware of before. Then you
will need to share it with others. Let no one stop you." Another said,
"I pledge to aid in that, if needed."
I said to my first friend there, "You are a leader. As such, that can
interfere with truly submitting your heart to God." I said, gazing into
his eyes, "That need not be so. Reach for him with your soul, and he
will help you come to him. You will do it. I know you can. I can see
it. Let go. Let it happen. With love." He collapsed to the floor,
crying. I motioned to the new man, and he went to comfort him. Then
they stood, and the others could see the change. One said to me in awe,
"How did you do that?" I said, "You saw and heard. Just words. But the
right words at the right time, said just the right way. He was ready,
and strongly desired it. My words helped him only a very little, but it
was enough. I've done this before, for those who were ready. Yes, even
to my family and friends, as they would insist on telling you
endlessly, if I let them. Oh, alright." Mom said in the air, "He is
correct, as always. After him, we are the most powerful and wise in all
creation, and we are more in awe about Sol than you are. He has helped
us just this way, and more, to become who we are, that we could not
have achieved on our own in less than a full lifetime, if at all." I
said, "And you KNOW I wouldn't, couldn't, force them in any way."
I said, "Those who are changed today, can teach you and help you to
be more of who you can be, if you let them. Would you like a crystal of
what has happened here today, including what was projected?" They
grinned with some shame. One said, "We know it won't change us. I
apologize for that." I said, "Accepted. No problem." One said, "Will
you put this on the television?" I said, "No. There are some things I
and some of you have said that would not be good for the public to
hear. Some will believe more strongly than they should, both for and
against, causing conflict and more false and destructive feelings, such
as pride and fear. I request on your honor, that you don't make those
things public." One said, "That is personally disappointing, but wise."
I said, "Often, wisdom is severely lacking in fun." Nods. I said,
"These have my love in them, too." I gave them the crystal pendants. I
said, "They will only work for those here." I chuckled, at their
disappointment, and they knew why.
I said, "Something new. I have to ask your permission to show this to
other leaders of religions." They looked at me. One said, "God?" I
said, "You can choose to disobey. I can't." They all gave their
permission, with a mix of feelings. I said, "Now I have to actually
schedule my further embarrassment." Some chuckles. I said, wrapping
them with my love, "Be good. Be wise. Be loved." I shifted out. Another
one found God, which the others could see.
At home, Mom said, "Wow!" There were a lot of those echoing in my
mind. And a lot of love.
