This is likely a stupid question, so please forgive, why is it that when
I download all of the attachments of a film, I am unable to view it with
any of my players.....same message, invalid file extension, or unknown file
extension.....it seems like a normal mpeg, but i cant open any of them. Pleeeeeze
help
