Yeah I read that. I tried using the VCD, since I don't know if my DVD
can play the SVCD.

I grabbed a few files, both MPG and AVI to test. Only one MPG
converted to VCD. The Nero complained the others were not the correct
format. I can't remember the error message, but something about not
being...maybe MPEG1....I only tried it once.

I'm not worried about the computer. If I burn a CD, then I'll keep it
in the same format. I have a Chinese DVD player Earthstink was
offering for free. Damn thing plays everything, CD, DVD, VCD, MP3, PAL
and NTSC! It's in the bedroom now. I have some FujiFilm CDRs, which
are the Tiao Yuden or how ever you spell it. They should work since
that company has made CDRs for like forever.
