Not at all. The quoted portion was a cut and paste from their web site.
As to the info given in their support group, that they would never give up a
customer's info is not what they say in the portion I quoted. They also use
another catch-all phrase when they say, "If we are alerted to it..." The
reason this causes me concern is because of the previous actions EN was
involved in, one of the so called internet watch groups was taking credit
for causing EN to respond as it did. Some of these internet watch groups are
nothing more than an assemblege of denomination theology devotees who think
they speak for Jesus. Whether an internet watch group was involved or not
could not be substantiated, but it seems to me to fall neatly into the, "if
we are alerted to it," catagory.
If EN wants to really put teeth in the statement that they have never or
will never give up a customer unless court ordered to do so, then they need
to remove all ambiguity in the statement that I quoted from. They can't have
it both ways.
